Fun, upbeat & Family atmosphere!!!! Coaches motivate you and push you to get better on all facets of working out as well as nutrition aspect of it. I have met a lot of fun folks with different walks of life but a common goal of bettering themselves & each other. We keep each other accountable and push each other to get better than the day before. Classes are very well-organized & structured to cater for your entire body workout & growth. From the moment you enter the door (ok, technically from the time they called to help me schedule my trial class) they SEE you. They learn your name, they encourage you, they challenge you, they listen to your goals, they make you laugh. They have an AMAZING business model that is others focused. The coaches take time to plan very well designed workouts and focus on form. They offer education, correction, modifications, and challenges so that you never feel like you can’t do something or that you can’t grow. It’s amazing how attentive they are and how much they want to celebrate each accomplishment, no matter how small you may think it is, they want to celebrate. They understand consistent, small gains bring great results. And the results are wonderful, my quality of life has improved. Carrying groceries is easier, playing with my children is easier, yard work is easier, cleaning is easier. I have more energy at home and out and about running errands and that means so much to me. The only way to really understand what I’m writing is to experience it, so please make the step and come try a class!
