D1 Training Buford

Amazing environment, and my kid loves going there. The trainers are good, friendly and very knowledgeable of the exercises the kids do.

We went to a free practice lesson, yesterday, Monday, today, Tuesday, I finished the negotiation based on the three-month plan with Jessica. the moment we finish the negotiation. She tells me that I have to sign the contract today so that it can be the agreed price between her and me. It was already 4:45 pm, and the lesson started at 5 pm, I sent my wife with my son. and when she arrived there was another person named Nick who apparently is the owner of that location. To make a long story short, the deal I made with Jessica, Mr. Nick did not accept it and I had to take the child out of the lesson. I just want you to keep in mind Mr. Nick that if you have a child. That hurts a lot as a father. I hope he doesn't do the same thing to another child again. and I want you to learn that in every business you don't always win. Make a Deal

My 12 year old is a softball pitcher. I called multiple facilities to get information about winter workouts. D1 Buford was professional, inviting and well organized. My daughter loves going, we can see the progress already. She asks to go almost every day we have time. I also enjoy the facility and area for parents to watch. We originally were only going to go to D1 in December and the beginning of January but we will continue going because of the amazing experience and progress!! 100% recommend for your athlete!!!

If you have a teenager who is staying all the time at the computers or phones, this is the place where they can do some exercise and work out. The trainers are very friendly and know how to deal with all ages. Recommend them 100%

D1 trainers were exactly what our son needesnfor his strength, speed and agility training. The time slots offered were very convenient for us. The staff is very courteous. My only complaint is the limit on their locations. We moved too far away and had to discontinue. If you're near one of their locations, definitely try them out.
