The instructor, Dayna led the class through a slow, heated flow, reminding us to use breath to movement, which was excellent. A great workout without the fast pace a lot of studios use these days. The studio is clean, spacious and has a calming vibe. I’ve been practicing for 10 years, decided to downshift to a more traditional yoga practice and would highly recommend HY for all levels.

I love this place! The instructors are all top notch, and the schedule is very convenient for me. Would highly suggest it to anyone wanting to try hot yoga.

I’ve been practicing at highland yoga since 2018 and have been to a number of their locations across the city. Each one is always clean. The westside location is the one closest to me and so happy that they added this location a few years back.

Phenomenal studio! Clean, great teachers, amazing playlists. Like a zen spa meets yoga studio 😍 Highly recommend!
