I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Jen at LA Fitness! From the moment we connected she was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to help. She took her time to answer all my questions aboutt my membership options. You can tell she genuinely cares about the members and wants everyone to have the best experience possible. Her positive attitude and expertise make such a difference. If you ever need assistance at LA Fitness, Jen is definitely the one to go to! Highly recommend! Thank you Jen !

It is really cleaner and more beautiful than other places. The spa and sauna are also better than other places. Especially the round shape of the spa is very nice.

For a Signature club, LA Fitness is seriously underwhelming. Most machines are broken or poorly maintained, and it takes forever to fix them. There are leaks in the roof, with cans placed around to catch water—hardly what you’d expect from a premium gym. The swimming lessons for kids are poorly managed, often taking up two out of three lanes during peak hours, making it hard for members to use the pool. Locker rooms and showers are not consistently clean, and the overall maintenance is subpar. For the price they charge, this gym is not worth it.

Jen Phan helped my boyfriend and I set up our LA fitness membership and it was super easy and clear. I love this gym w/ all the amenities they offer! I also love how this gym isn’t overly crowded when you go most of the times. Thanks LA!

Amazing place clean and professional Equipment is Great One more thing to be highlighted Sales rep Called Jenni was amazing very helpful and explained all term and rights and agreement very well and make crystal clear . Also she guided me for a tour inside the facility, honestly this idle the first time in my life I sign in a gym in this way Thank LA fitness keep it. Up
