This gym is absolutely spotless. Everything is very well taken care of. Equipment is nice and organized. Tons of different equipment options. Coaching is amazing, atmosphere is amazing, vibe is amazing. Love the location as well. It really gives you the CrossFit feel with the big garage door opening. The owner of this gym has also proven to be one of the kindest guys I know by offering to not only help me, but a lot of people very close to me. I truly appreciate this place and its owners very much and would recommend this gym to anyone. Thank you very much Crossfit Wellington!

I joined Crossfit Wellington two weeks ago, new to it all, just wanting a good workout. Jeff welcomed me warmly on my first day, and the coaches were great. They help you with the moves, and everyone is really friendly. It feels like a strong community here. I'm loving it!

The CrossFit community has always been an amazing community and it’s because of people like Jeff Dempsey and the CrossFit Wellington staff. Our gym closed and is being renovated to re-open under new ownership. Jeff welcomed us with open arms to his gym until we can move back into our home. His staff and members have been more than accommodating and welcoming. It’s so nice to have a place we can train together as a family still. There really aren’t enough thank you’s!

Crossfit Wellington is the place to go for serious training and yet a great group of like-minded folks. This is the "go-to" place for physical, and yes, mental strength too!! Kudos to Cheryl and the team of great people at Crossfit Wellington!!!

This place was a godsend after my Crossfit home transitioned to new owners. It required a complete renovation so our family was without a home for a couple weeks. Jeff, Lisa, and their amazing team of coaches welcomed us with open arms as our "Crossfit foster home" for which I am grateful. Besides just a place full of genuinely nice and caring people, this location has all the amenities of a Crossfit box plus some including open gym hours, two very large and clean walk-in showers, a group exercise room, and a Crossfit kids class. Class sizes are larger than what I'm used to but I still felt like I received one-on-one attention in the form of corrections, modifications, and good old fashioned ego checks. This was apparent with every member completing the workouts. These coaches know their stuff and do it well! If you are looking for a great workout in the Wellington area give this place a visit. You WONT regret it.
