Crunch Fitness - Bloomingdale

I want to give a big shoutout to Ben at Crunch Fitness! He was incredibly thorough and took the time to assist me with my membership. Ben made the entire process so easy and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable at the gym. He went above and beyond to explain how Crunch can help me achieve my future fitness goals and how my membership will support my journey. His professionalism and positive attitude made the gym feel like a great place to be. Thanks, Ben, for your outstanding help and for making my experience so inviting!

Don’t get a member ship here. Let me tell you know one knows what they are talking about. I signed up for a membership over the phone the girl gave me a membership more than what I asked for I let it slide. I was going to the gym and it was nothing but issues. it’s packed, you can’t find parking, classes are always full and you have to wait to get in certain equipment my kids got sick everytime they went to the gym. That didn’t bother me as much as canceling. I called to cancel they said you have to come in I come in the next day they want to charge me for an additional month to cancel. So not just the thirty day advance notice which I was fine with but the month after that because I was charge for my month yesterday. That should’ve been said to me on the phone and it wasn’t. I asked for a supervisor and was rebutted then given a email with no contact. It’s sloppy business. Eos gym is bigger better more equipped and less people. They care about their customer experience and are transparent with billing. You don’t do people like that especially when you promote a cancel any time member ship.

It is always nice to walk into the gym and see Gigi at the front desk! She has an amazing attitude and provides great costumer service! Always greeting and making sure the clients are happy! Keep up the good work, GIGI!

The gym is pretty good. theres no rude employees and equipment is nice and clean
