You really can’t find a better combo of quality coaches, staff, members, and fitness programming. Each class is something I truly look forward to, having fun with the other members while working towards our fitness goals. It has a ‘family’ feeling and I always feel welcomed. Thank you for all you do!

Brand new studio, with the updated Orangetheory interior scheme. It’s also spacious, with 14 stations. And there’s nothing like working out on a new equipment! Friendly staff and excellent coaches! Parking is convenient. The studio is in a new strip at the north outparcel of the Pompano City Center. Highly recommend!

OTF Pompano is an AMAZING studio. All the coaches here are top tier and the workout routines make you feel accomplished and confident. I have grown so much with the OTF family, and I’m shocked at how much stronger I’ve gotten since I joined. The environment from the front desk all the way to the back of the studio is supportive and keeps such a welcoming, positive atmosphere. They’ve really built an empowering, uplifting community. So much thanks to the coaches and staff, see you next session :)
