Crunch Fitness - Pembroke Pines

Joined Crunch to experience their group fitness classes and could not be happier with their coaches and the welcoming environment for all persons of varying levels of fitness. Each HIIT class is different and every trainer adds their own unique spin to the class making it a dynamic exercise experience. Special shout out to trainers: Blaze, Marlon, Jess and Destiny! Thank you for keeping me motivated on this life long fitness journey.

Zero stars - I was at this gym since pretty much the beginning. The owner + gm don't care about the location what so ever. I've reached out to corporate on social media and have gotten zero responses. They were asking customers to leave a google review here it is! ~Gym is absolutely disgusting right now. The cleaning lady doesn't clean the gym. The previous cleaning lady did. There are machines that have broken padding for going on SIX MONTHS now. I've pointed this out to the owner + management and nothing gets done. I'd suggest a completely different gym. Maybe the west pines version is cleaner. But this location is absolute garbage. I suggest not working out here. I use to clean the gym every night before i would leave to help the staff and try to set a better standard for other gym users. Only few staff truly appreciated me doing so. They seem to be worried about the amount of members they have instead of taking the membership fees and maintenance fees they take from their guests and putting it to actual use. Seems like a breach of contract to me. I sadly had to end my membership there as it was no longer helping with my depression but making it worse. #DoBetter

The best gym I have ever been to in my life! The staff makes you feel right at home and are incredibly kind. The trainers provide exceptional service and care, and the people around are also very friendly. A special mention goes to Luisa an outstanding person, an excellent worker, and always attentive. Simcha is one of the best people I’ve ever met, highly professional, and an exceptional trainer. Additionally, the front desk team is always welcoming, friendly, and ready to assist. Special shoutouts to Sebastian, Diego, and Carlos.They all deserve a raise for their outstanding work and dedication! 🤝🤝🤝

I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years and I love it. The people there are great energy and have great attitude. They are clean and equipment is always maintained. I take the HIIT classes and the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. Yes it’s a smaller gym comparing to others but I love the intimate environment and smaller crowds. You don’t have to worry about long wait time for a machine.

I had an issue with my account earlier because my home club was changed, when I called the location no one answered this left me extremely frustrated. To my surprise Carlos the manager called me back and fixed the issue immediately which o greatly appreciated. Other than that this is a great location they have plenty machines at your disposal a copious amount of free weights and I believe they have a sauna as well.
