Coaches are very knowledgeable and they always have an explanation ☺️.The coaches are passionate about training. The coaches are awesome. They care about you doing the designated workouts properly. Great environment. Teamwork. We all motivate one another. As long as you come in with a great attitude and do your best, the results will follow.

I came in to GMA back in 2020 and just loved the community! The coaches are always wanting not just the best physical version of you but work with you in such a way where you feel like you are in your own class. What keeps me coming back isn’t just because I see the best physical version of myself but because they have always seen me as that. Love GMA!!!

love this place! Coaches are awesome, really care and look after you during your workout insuring you do not get hurt. Plenty of equipment, workout are always fun, different, and challenging. Price is perfect compared to A LOT of places around town (both Miami Dade and south Broward). If you're looking to switch up your workouts, being in a friendly and encouraging environment, this is the place for you!

I dropped into GMA for over a week while visiting from out of state. Great gym, great coaches and a welcoming vibe that I sincerely appreciated! I’ll be back when I come to visit again. Thanks GMA!
