Club Pilates

I have to share with my first experience, I scheduled my class from 6am - 7am with the instructor Gemma,I was very nervous because I don't know much about Pilates, but Gemma was very kind and patient with me, she guided me throughout my class and corrected me. Thank you Emma for taking the time to help me, definitely 5 stars and I will definitely be back👌🏽✨

I love this studio! It is my Home studio (Unlimited membership) & I have been a member for about a year & 5 months. The GM (January) has been extremely accommodating when it came to waiving cancellation fees when I got COVID & could not meet my scheduled classes. Lexi helped SO much as well and I cant thank her enough. The leadership at this studio is professional, friendly and positive. I take about 4-5 classes a week, and 3/5 of those classes are Waitlisted, however, I ALWAYS get into the class, no matter what. I can join a Waitlist 10 hours before the class and still make it in, even though I was #8 or #5 on the Waitlist. All the instructors are great. Alexandra, Sherrell, Gemma & Greg are the instructors I see the most and are the reason why I enjoy going to this studio so much. Alina is amazing as well, always taking the time to mention breathing & form. I havent taken my private lesson yet because I am undecided on which instructor I want to do it with. I wish I can do it with all! lol. Club Pilates has made me SO confident and I couldn't be happier. Even though the Unlimited prices go up, I am still grandfathered in, and that is the best feeling!

I have been a member since December 2022 and have found my experience to be great! I appreciate the staff (especially Noelle who is always super welcoming and kind) and the classes are challenging and engaging. I am an unlimited member and I don't have any problem getting into multiple classes a week, keeping in mind there are certain classes that have more demand than others. Usually the waitlist helps.The employees have always been helpful and if I have a question they help me find answers. the policies of the studio are helpful in keeping things organized and fair if you have questions they clarify the purpose of the policies so it's understandable. I have grown so much in my own fitness and the instructors are always encouraging of my success. I always look forward to going to classes and in the few months I have been taking classes I have lost weight, gained muscle, and increased my coordination. I highly recommend joining if you are on the fence this is your sign to do it! Hopefully I'll see you in class!

Disappointing Experience with Club Pilates I recently had a frustrating experience with Club Pilates that I feel compelled to share. Due to an urgent work trip, I requested to freeze my membership for the month of September. I was aware of the 30-day notice policy, but given the circumstances, I hoped for some flexibility. Unfortunately, my request was denied, even though this situation wasn’t a simple vacation. Despite my attempt to follow the necessary procedures, I ended up canceling my membership, and now I am faced with an additional fee for the month in which I cannot participate. This has left me feeling quite dissatisfied. Furthermore, I found the instructors to lack patience, which contributed to an overall negative experience. The rules seem overly strict, making it difficult for members to manage their commitments due to unforeseen circumstances. I hope the management can reconsider their policies and approach to customer service, as there's a real opportunity to improve member satisfaction.

I have been a member since the beginning of the studio and I love it here. Gemma is my favorite instructor! She is enthusiastic , engaging and really knows her students. She helps to correct your technique so you maximize your workout!
