if you’re looking for a new workout spot, this is it. I love the intensity of each workout, and how fun the instructors (especially Mike) make the classes. I think that’s what kept bringing me back. I tend to be gym shy and I didn’t feel anxious coming in! I love how every workout is laid out for you and you don’t need to do the thinking, you just get straight to it. I did have to stop my membership though, because I wasn’t coming in as much due to traveling and mom duties. I couldn’t justify the price when I could only commit a few days. HOWEVER, if you’re planning on going to the gym every day and committing, then I do think it’s worth the money. I recently went on a journey to find another instructional gym/studio/class that would fit my schedule better but I realized nothing really compares to ISI! 🙂

Thankful for ISI and the awesome community they have built! Each workout is challenging and there are supportive coaches making sure you’re on the right track. I’ve learned a lot about form, nutrition and being consistent to see results. Happy to be part of this community! 💪🏼💚

I first tried ISI back in October using ClassPass. Immediately after my first class at ISI, I cancelled my ClassPass trial and signed up for a membership here and have been a member since. Coach Fallon and Coach Mike are super professional and create a really welcoming environment, whether it's your first class or 100th. The classes are great for all levels and adjustments are always offered to make the workout work for you. The facility is kept clean, there are convenient lockers available, and the community is really supportive. It is expensive, but if there is one thing worth spending your money on, it is investing in your health. I highly recommend trying a free first class if you're thinking about it and letting the workout and environment speak for itself!

I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for 25 years. Owned and operated 2 gyms, and this gym is, by far, the worst ran facility that I've ever been apart of. Fallon, one of the owners is very unprofessional. She doesn't return phone calls or emails. The services don't match the price they are charging. They allow members to come in and workout sick, which is very unsafe for everybody else. If you're a new member, be prepared to not get modifications if you can't do the workout. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND spending $170/mo at a facility where you'll actually continue to get results instead of hitting a plateau after 8 weeks of training there.
