Orlando Hot Yoga and Pilates

I was very afraid of going to this class due to the reviews but I had an amazing experience! Lady who checked me in was lovely. This is not hot yoga its MOIST YOGA! I was dripping!!! The class is intense and extensive (90 minutes).I do not recommend if you are a beginner. Lynn is a great instructor: she is tough, knowledgeable and 200% of technique. She knows everyone s names including mine ( and it was my first class) such a differential! If you are looking to learn yoga this is a great place! If you are looking more for relaxation and tranquility id say this is not the best option

I absolutely love this studio! I travel 30-40 minutes ( depending on how traffic is) to come take classes 2-3 times a week. The instructors are so nice and very motivating when class gets challenging. I've taken a couple classes near me but nothing compares to the experience that I've had at this facility. Be prepared to sweat and work hard! I definitely recommend for you to come here.

Dropped in from out of town and so happy they include a mat and towel. Really helpful owner, great showers, and a hot room that somehow has no smell! Loved my class here and will be back when I’m in town again.

The studio is clean and they facilities maintained. The room is large with plenty of room to spread out but that also gives them a challenge at keeping the room hot hot which is great if you don't want that hot hot 26/2 experience. The room is still plenty for a good hot yoga experience.

Visited from San Diego and purchased their unlimited classes for 7 days deal, which included a free mat, yoga towel, and shower towels for every visit. As a tourist it made it a lot easier not having to bring my own gear to class. The teachers were all great and had a solid understanding of the 26&2 dialogue (thanks Megan, Araceli, Lynne, and Ann!). If you're looking for the traditional hot yoga sequence and to practice with some talented yogis give Orlando Hoy Yoga and Pilates a visit!
