Graduated from here in September 2024 and it was a great experience from start to finish. Tedy is hands down the GOAT 🐐of massage therapy instructors. His class was fun, educational, and memorable I will definitely miss the vibes and atmosphere and most importantly my classmates! Thank you Inspirit for the memories I am forever grateful 🙏🏾

My co-worker invited me to join her for a Reiki/Sound Healing session here and was thrilled to go. I've been wanting to socialize, but bars and clubs no longer do it for me. So this was a perfect opportunity to do something relaxing and healthy. From the moment I stepped through their doors, I felt a warm and welcoming feeling. The decor, scents, and vibes were all so calming. I had fun looking at everything afterwards. The session was set up where we had a table to lay on, with pillows and blankets if you wanted them. And Dr. Unicorn was our guide for the evening, on 4/3/21! Perfect time for some inner alignment and being in a collective. I enjoyed myself very much. At the end of it, I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. I felt more connected and grounded again, too. I'm definitely curious about their massages now if I felt this good from a sound bath!

I have taken many yoga classes here and they were all beautiful & challenging. I also have had several massages here & they left me & my body feeling sooo relieved! I did my Yoga Teacher Training here and I could not be happier with my experience. Overall, this is an amazing studio, very affordable, and you are guaranteed to leave feeling better than you came.

It's an amazing place for Yoga! Inspirit has impacted my life so positively. I am so glad to have done my Yoga teacher training with Raven. She is a wonderful human being and has inspired me in so many different ways. Inspirit is a must visit place for all the yoga lovers out there.

I've been practicing yoga my entire life, have been to most yoga studios surrounded Palo Alto. No studio is better than the few classes I took here; probably because this is a school with new constant knowledge and ongoing improvements. I was really happy with Brian who teaches on Saturday at 10am, I highly recommend him along with Nicolas Daurio whom took me into his social group the first day. Kara, the owner is doing everything right here. I also experienced a intense healing meditation class with Jean who helped with my inner peace. I bought a $300 package and was pleasantly surprised when they issued me a refund when I told them my situation. To top it off, this place has massage therapy that, believe it or not, was better than my treatments at the local Ritz Carlton. Thank you for all the support and healing. God Bless.
