It’s been almost two months at Club Pilates and I have had a good experience so far. The first month I took only the level one classes since I was a newbie. I was hesitant that the 1.5 classes would not be available once I was ready to take them since i saw many had waiting lists. Thankfully, I was able to sign up for a few in my desired time range. So I was happy about that. The club itself is very clean. The receptionist in the front is very kind and helpful. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and motivating. Every instructor I’ve taken so far has made the class fun. Overall I’m very happy so far and hope to continue with my 4 classes per month at this studio.

I absolutely love this studio. I first started going in April 2024, and have consistently gone 3-4 times a week every week (with the exception of a couple off in the summer and during the holidays). When I first started, I had 0 athletic ability or interest in working out, but thanks to Stephan, Patricia, Nicole and recently Leonora, I quickly progressed to level 1.5 within a month and level 2 within a couple of months. My body has completely transformed from soft and weak to lean and toned. Within 7 months (exactly 100 classes), I lost 8 pounds, 3 inches off my chest and hips, and 2 inches off my waist. The instructors are fantastic. They provide clear direction and are watching and correcting form when needed. They offer alternative moves or resistance options to accommodate any injuries or discomfort. Stephan is especially great at that. I take his morning classes 2-3 times a week and he's always switching things up/pushing us so it's ALWAYS a great workout. I look forward to taking his level 2 class hopefully soon. Patricia is the best at incorporating progression so if you're new to pilates or wanting to nail a specific move (i.e. a teaser), definitely take a couple of classes with her. She is truly such a gem. I love taking her class Thursday mornings. I used to take Nicole's 6:30 am class on Monday's and her classes were tough, but exactly what I needed to build strength and endurance early on. I would leave her classes sweating every time. If you're new, she's good at providing alternatives until she knows you're ready to do a specific exercise. Leonora took over Monday mornings and she's been an amazing addition to the rotation. I've taken about 5-6 of her classes and her routines incorporate a lot of core and legs/glutes, which I LOVE. I'm truly grateful for them all and appreciate the effort they put into delivering fresh classes week after week. To date, I've taken 126 classes and look forward to hitting my next milestone (250 classes).

I’ve been going to West Kendall - CP now for 6 months, typically once a week due to work schedule ,it’s the best 60 minutes you can GIVE YOURSELF! The staff is amazing, my top are CALLIE (she’s a ball of energy/fire) wish you had evenings! Arnold, very sweet and thorough and Natalie has a great tone to close the evenings! Everyone is great. The setting of 12 members and 1 instructor is just perfect, great music , rotations of exercise and disinfecting area after each session. Thank you WK CP !

As a disabled person who needs adaptations and goes slower than the rest of the class, I really love the west Kendall location. All the instructors have adapted my workouts and have been supportive of my abilities. My favorite class is on Fridays with David. He has a way of blending the mind, body and soul and makes all of his classes super experiential! Love club Pilates!!!
