I'd like to be able to rate this facility a 5 star like it was the first few years after opening, but there are to many areas which require updating. I'm sure the management is fully aware of them, so I'm not going to list all of them in this review. It's a very large building, and I'm sure it would cost a fortune to turn it around. I continue to be a member because of logistics, the excellent staff and the friendly members. I really think they're extremely lucky to have such great trainers. Especially Leah, whom teaches pilates. She gets our aging members motivated and moving with her squeaky voice and uplifting disposition! I've had many gyms memberships for 50 plus years and would recommend considering this one in your search for the right fit.

This gym used to be top drawer, sadly no more. The women’s locker room smells like feces. The showers are covered in slime. The soap and lotion in the dispensers smell bad as well. The pool and hot tub remain closed. The steam room was out of commission for months. It’s like they just don’t care anymore. I gave 2 stars because I believe with good leadership, this gym could be a valuable asset to our community.

My first day at the gym! Haven't been in a long time. It felt so good! Everyone was so friendly.

Been a member over a year. Hot water is finally getting better and Hot tub is finally fixed. .The sauna is out quite a bit as well. They refuse to add small incremental dumbbells despite the super low cost. (2.5 lb, 7.5 lb, 12.5 lb, 17.5 lb). Hard to get PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD without a decent set of dumbbells. No area to do any Olympic-style lifts (clean & jerk, deadlifts, etc.). No lifting platform. Cardio equipment is often broken. They have a beautiful functional fitness area downstairs, but it is reserved for trainers. I guess our expensive membership does not get you much. The only reason I stay at this gym is because Crunch is a bit farther. Dryers are out again so towels are an issue. Overall, the Manager of this gym and the CEO of Health First should seriously put some effort into this gym.

It has everything I need and much more. Just wish the hours were stretched little beyond 9 PM. Update 11/15/2024 For the last two weeks I have been struggling to exercise here with freezing AC temperature set. Staff and half people are wearing sweaters. Front desk acknowledged the issue but there doesn't seem to have a plan to fix this citing necessity to maintain air circulation to some classes. Guys please fix this or sadly I would be forced to switch to a different gym.
