LOVE this gym! The first gym I’ve been able to keep up with and actually see differences. The trainers help modify workouts for you, and I love that I don’t have to decide what to do and I have someone to help coach me through! After having a baby, I’ve been able to lose 20+ lbs because of this gym! 10/10 would recommend

Tamiya, is the best trainer ever. She is very patient and meet all the beginner 9Rounders where they are at from day 1. She is very attentive to my needs considering I have a knee injury. She is able to adjust the exercises to still meet my workout needs. Since coming to 9rounds I have lost weight and kept it off. I can finally fit into my jeans again! Thanks Tamiya for the encouragement every time I come into 9Rounds.
