What can I say. This place has changed my life for the better over the 6 years that I’ve gone. From the students, to the teachers.. this community is amazing. A very positive and loving environment where you can truly grow your practice on and off the matt.

I found this amazing studio on class pass. From the very first class, I knew that I was going to love it there. I decided to try out their first month special and quickly decided to join with an unlimited membership. It was my first time trying out hot yoga and it was a such a great workout. All the instructors have been truly amazing and so sweet. They welcome all levels and are very attentive to beginners. I also love how you have the opportunity to try out different levels depending on how you’re doing. Definitely recommend !

The owners Olga and Diana are great and make you feel welcomed! However i took a class with my girlfriend, and i suffer from stomach issues so i had to step out of the class last week My girlfriend told me that the instructor “Xenia Ramos” made comments when i stepped out. She said “i love it when men come in here thinking they can keep with us and they can’t ” In my opinion that is sexist and Discriminatory, and was an overall close minded thing to say. it honestly has driven me and my partner away from returning to this yoga studio with this specific instructor. The owners Olga are Diana are amazing and it’s obvious why their classes are always full, they are great, and they are awesome instructors.
