A Life-Changing Experience at CrossFit Conquest. I can't say enough great things about CrossFit Conquest! As someone with asthma, I was initially hesitant about joining a CrossFit program. I wasn’t sure if it would be safe for me or if it would make my condition worse. But after several months here, I can confidently say that CrossFit has made a huge difference in my life. The coaches at CrossFit Conquest are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to understand my health concerns and modified workouts to suit my needs. I started seeing improvements in my lung capacity and overall stamina sooner than I expected! The community here is so supportive and encouraging. Everyone—whether they’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out—has been welcoming, and I never feel out of place. The gym’s environment is positive, with a lot of emphasis on personal progress rather than competition, which has been great for my mental and physical health. Thanks to the tailored workouts, consistent effort, and the supportive coaches, my asthma has improved dramatically. I’m not only breathing better, but I’ve also gained strength, endurance, and confidence that I never thought possible. If you’re someone with asthma or any other health concerns, don’t let that hold you back from giving CrossFit Conquest a try. It truly changed my life, and I know it can do the same for you! Not only is this THE largest CrossFit box I’ve ever been to, it is one of the friendliest. I dropped in during a work trip and the owner, John, has shown great hospitality and they always replied to my questions on IG the same day. The programming for the two classes I attended were extremely fun and pushed me. I will be back when I come back for work!

I’ve been a part of the crossfit community in South Florida for almost 15 years now and this is the best gym around. They have a very experienced staff, flexible hours, a well equipped facility and solid programming. They also aren’t going to kiss your ass and tell you that you are doing great, when you really need to put in more effort, just to keep you around and get a payment out of you each month. You will get results

This gym is nice and spacious with an old school feel. It feels like this gym has been around since the very beginning of CrossFit. Jon was extremely welcoming and nice and even comped my drop in fee with my girlfriend. Will definitely return when I come back down.
