I love this gym! Not too big, not too small. Just wish they were open a little longer but overall a nice family owned gym. We love to get some solo workouts in here! The owners are a joy to work with as well. 10/10 recommend if you enjoy working out at your own pace.

Amazing gym, Wonderful owners. Mark and Tracey know how to customize a routine for your individual needs. I feel at home at their facility. Everyone is goal oriented and supportive. This gym will be here for a long long time. Top 5 gyms I have visited in 30 years.

Always changed in the Boot Camp Classes and enjoy the encouragement and atmosphere provided by all who attend these classes. I have been a member of this gym for over two years and new equipment is introduced often to give opportunities for more diverse exercises in BC, personal training and individual workouts.
