I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this place is—my kiddo LOVES coming here and looks forward to every class! The coaches are all incredibly patient and skilled, and there is an obvious dedication to the kiddos to help them be their own best person. The emphasis is very much on meeting each athlete where he or she is at and encouraging them to challenge themselves to meet their potential but not in a pushy or demanding way. There is also a perfect blend of having fun while also remaining safe. I seriously cannot recommend Flow Vault highly enough!!

Flow Vault is the absolute BEST gym! The coaches are enthusiastic, caring, focused, and knowledgeable. They may learning parkour and ninja warrior fun! Safety is a huge priority so your child will not be doing anything they are not ready to do. We started here when my son turned 5. He fell in love with the sport AND the coaches. You want to be a real life super hero? Learn parkour! My son is now 12 and has been on the competitive teams since he was 8. Such an amazing environment to train and grow! When you join Flow Vault, you become part of the Flow Vault family!

Had my son's 10th Birthday party there today. Coach Jason was amazing! He did a great job explaining everything to the kids and kept them very entertained! My son is super excited to go back he has already talked me into signing him up for the summer camp.

Did not feel welcome at all! I came only once to check out the open gym because I enjoy checking out different parkour gyms throughout Colorado, and I practiced some of my tricks. One of which was a front flip onto the trampoline (which I am trained to do and made sure nobody was in my way) and instead of walking up to me and talking to me about it like any other coach would, Coach Jason screamed at me like a lunatic and humiliated me in front of a whole gym of people with no warning or consideration. This gave my girlfriend a panic attack in the process, so yeah, very unprofessional and unnecessary behavior on his part. I know that it was only one visit, but this experience alone left a poor taste in my mouth and convinced me not to come back. The gym itself wasn't that great anyway, so no thanks.
