Be careful of not being able to cancel your membership! Like others have mentioned, they will continually charge you even when the GM said the membership would be cancelled. Not to mention that the GM is extremely condescending and rude. She is not willing to help and doesn’t actually care about her clientele. Sad way to run a business, and I would recommend going to a competitor. Avoid this location unless you want reoccurring $300 monthly payments.

Used for a few months and both Kenny and Brody were great to work with. Will only give a single star due to the lack of integrity of the owner when after I cancelled my contract in person, 2 weeks before it automatically renewed, I got charged for another month and she refused to refund even after I explained once again that I would not be coming back or using the services due to low back issues I needed to get taken care of. Anything to make a buck I guess...just sad.

I don’t have a membership and they took my credit card # from a prior transaction and processed w/o authorization. The GM is Christi?. Very bad business practices.

I've been going to this location for months now and can really tell a difference! As an active 40's adult and business owner, it is VITAL that my body be able to perform at my peak levels, and every one of their staff helps me with my specific needs. From the stretching to the front desk, nothing but amazing people to work with!
