OrangeTheory is my happy hour! The sense of accomplishment and community you get from each class is unmatched. The coaches are amazing and always strive to help you hit your full potential. Coach Alyssa in particular has been monumental in my fitness journey. From helping me come back from an injury to helping me train for a half marathon I never would have said yes to without her support goes to show what kind of coach she is. Her positivity and drive are contagious. If you want to be a better person in and outside of OTF, I highly recommend taking her classes. Thank you to OrangeTheory for the best hour of the day! #OTFTeamAlyssa

I've been a member at Orange Theory since they first opened in Parker - needless to say, I'm hooked and LOVE it! Since joining I have felt a sense of community, a new level of care for my fitness and health journey, and the people I have met along the way have helped me shoot for new goals and achieve new achievements. I am SO grateful! Special shout out to the coach who has really made the biggest impact on me in my health and wellness journey. She encourages me day in and day out, pushes me to give my all and reach new heights, and has made a HUGE impact on me as a member and a person outside of Orange Theory. That coach is Coach Alyssa! If you're looking for a community, for awesome coach led classes, and for a positive change in your fitness journey and outside of Orange Theory, check out a class with Coach Alyssa! She will be your biggest cheerleader and help you reach all of your fitness goals and some. Her positive and determined personality mixed with awesome coaching makes her classes one of a kind, and you'll always leave feeling proud, happy, and accomplished! Thank you Orange Theory and Coach Alyssa for having such a positive impact on me as a person inside and outside of OTF! #OTFTeamAlyssa

Hello! I did my first class last Sunday-lift 45- after not going to Orange Theory for about 10 years, with Alyssa Lawrenson. I did not stop because I didn't like it-I loved it- but because I moved out of the country. During that time I have had to have one hip replaced and the other one and one knee needs replacing. I used to do Ironman and because of my hip replacement, I no longer can run. When I was looking into Orange Theory again, I saw they had Lift 45. I have never done that class type before. I was nervous to go because I didn't know if my body would let me do the class!!! I explained all my non-working body parts to Alyssa before class and she listened! I LOVED her class. She demonstrated each exercise and gave advice on how to adjust if needed. She knows her stuff! Her music was great, which I think is so important. She was always checking in with me to make sure I was okay. I am trying to put off more surgeries for as long as I can, and there is not much I can do that doesn't create more pain, so I very much appreciated her concern and guidance. (I also just turned 66 and want to be able to be active). I felt very comfortable knowing she was looking out for me!! When I arrived for class, I was in the waiting area and talking with another member. She raved about Alyssa and said she does all Alyssa's classes-3 days in a row. That says something!
