I've trained in Pueblo, Colorado Springs, and the Denver area. Terry is by far the best coach in Colorado. He's coached me on and off for 18 years. Very knowledgeable in not just combat sports but all around fitness and nutrition. He knows how to make training fun for beginners as well. No matter your experience or fitness level, Terry will make sure you get a great work out that will keep you coming back for more. 💪🏼🥊

Terry is friendly, knowledgeable and provides an engaging environment that supports learning for my two kids and myself. With 1.1 training is a great fit for families that need accommodation with kiddos with sensory needs. Would highly recommended.
