Very clean and organized. I was here 2 times in a week from out of town. Sub coach both times. No one could figure out how to connect my band to the computer. Second class was a coach only. She had no assist. It was a small class and the last for the day, but somewhat noncommittal on ownership. I will be back to the area, but will find another studio.

I enjoyed the workouts here, but the management is incompetent at best and actively committing fraud at worst. They have ignored my requests to freeze my membership despite multiple follow ups and are now withholding cancellation forms. They have already made unauthorized charges on my card and are still ignoring all of my attempts at communication. It's illegal to withhold cancellation forms so that you can continue to charge a customer and I'm now having to report this studio to Orange Theory corporate office and to the Colorado Attorney General.

I never thought I would enjoy working out but all of the coaches are amazing and they really do make exercising a lot of fun. The front staff are friendly and kind. Just a great environment overall. Very happy that I joined. It’s worth the money.

Update: Almost 3 months and over 30 workouts in and everything I said after class 1 is still true. In addition to being a great workout, it can also be a fun time (especially on Halloween)! I'm generally nervous about gyms because I don't know what to do and the machines are intimidating. I liked being part of a class where everyone is able to go their own speed. When I had some issues with the floor sets, my instructor helped me modify in a way that still worked the target area but felt better for my body. My trial class turned into a membership and I can't wait to go back!

The workouts are always different and challenging in the best ways! As a former track runner, I especially love the treadmill portions (something I never thought I'd say!). It's been the only gym class I've found that has really kept me excited and motivated month after month after month...worth every penny and more!
