PT, mild core exercise, thought the consultation was very thorough The PT therapist walking me thru my routine, was very good at making sure I knew how to do everything right. Must say, watching the kindness and care they take with patients with more limitations than I have..is awesome to see. They inspire me to be as good and mobile as I can be..without my bulging disc being harmed.. I'm usually tired after. Must say, I've been to PT at a Sports rehab and I did get spoiled by their way of routine, heat & massage after doing my core strengthenung routine.

-very fast assessment, with extremely little information the exercise selection is very general and not the best for each individual, if you explain the same way your issues to chat GPT it might come up with a very similar if not better exercise selection. -little form correction: due the amount of patients the amount of form correction is limited, you can pay up to so much attention, if you need to study your movement closely this won’t be the place, I made mistakes purposely to see if they would catch it and they didn’t, a YouTube video would be way more deep into the how to do an exercise. I might be biased because I’ve worked in the fitness industry and my job overlaps a lot with physical therapy as I focus on corrective exercise in my professional practice. Service wise I cannot complain, place is clean, and they addressed my concerns, below average training session when it comes to the quality of the exercise selection, but if you know absolutely zero about fitness, anatomy, kinesiology, etc you gonna be just fine, and won’t even notice a lots of the flaws of their practice 👍🏻

What do I like about this gym? We're all adults over 50, we all join to exercise. Here we find ourselves made welcome and comfortable with our personal issues like me using a walker. Here's a place that you can exercise in a small friendly atmosphere. Rene and Angelic, at the front desk, give me a warm welcome and send me home with a friendly "goodnight". They are kind, warm hearted and greet me warmly. You'll see manager Jon there once in a while as he makes his rounds through the various locations. Fernando handles everything in the gym room. He's wonderful. He's the personal trainer on each machine; he makes sure that you know how to use each machine properly. He gave me a machine routine according to what I wanted to focus on. We change or add on machines as my needs or wants change. Fernando also tallies the points and runs after the ball when we play "sit-down volleyball". We have a LOT of fun. He's invaluable. There is a movie of the month with freshly popped popcorn. Fun. Anyway, the entire place is kept clean; bottles of hand sanitizer and paper towels are placed in several places around the gym and hand sanitizer is readily available in the welcome area. There is a small room where jigsaw puzzles are worked on by various people throughout the weeks. Help yourself. The gym is part of the company Encore. In another room is doctor ordered "physical therapy". You'll find both Quan and Dolores professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They are focused on your recovery and well-being. I've been there several times after surgeries and other injuries. Nifty-After-Fifty is small and will give you the personalized assistance needed. One of our members, who brightens every room she enters, just turned 80! She brought us cookies to celebrate. (You can bring chocolates.) Come join me. Check it out. I'm there most Tuesdays and Thursdays going through my exercise routine and enjoying the friendly conversation and playing "sit down volleyball". We'll add a chair for you. There's also a morning game on Mondays and Fridays. Tell Rene, Angelic and Fernando that I sent you.

The staff is excellent but my Physical therapist didn't work on the area that i really needed help on. He felt his way was better then my needs and pain, if he just pay more attention to my area of complaint, i would have stood, but i truly needed 2 separate sections done, or 2 hrs of One for back, and Neck and shoulders.. that insurance pays for two separate areas or actually 3 i was getting 2 out 3 but Rush in a hr time. But what really bother me was being kick me out in cold pouring rain while they closed for lunch, after i meantion I'm waiting for Uber. Remember its Nifty after 50.. So only ages older then that can come. Maybe stagger lunch hours or have common decency to allow a person handycap and over 50, allowence to be left in warth a few minutes during there lunch Hr, and maybe 🤔 let them stay warm especially in that freezing cold rain that hit. Its a clean and nice place just needed a couple adjustments. Wish it work out! 😪 Hopefully this review and some adjustments will truly help our next seniors.

I am coming here for therapy but not too comfortable they keep more than 3 people at times when I was told it was one per hour. If continue seeing this I will have to STOP coming, this means they don't care for the safety of the patients. And I notice they don't hand sanitation every time they walk away from you or when they grab things. If you are planning to come here take your own precautions, because they don't care if you get the virus. God continue to bless us
