24 Hour Fitness

A 24-hour location that allows thieves. When this facility opened, I was eager to make this my go-to gym cause it's way closer to my home. My first impression was met with members who used the equipment without towels and left their sweaty mess after they were done. No effort or courtesy to clean it up. A few days after a couple of sessions, I caught Covid and was sick for a week and a half. After a year or so, I decided to give this gym another chance. Halfway through my session, some slick degenerate decided to steal my headphones while I was exercising. They're not even expensive or top of the line! Why steal them?! I asked the desk if they could check the cameras to see if I could find the coward before they leave, but of course, the manager has to be in to do anything around the gym. The one 24-hour run location, and it still gave me a terrible experience. Thanks for nothing!

Adela is one of the Zumba instructions here, and my mother and I highly recommend her classes and this location. Adela - my mom would like me to thank you for always showing up with the biggest smile and beaming with such happiness. She finds your class to be so motivating, healing, and fun. As her daughter, I would also like to thank you. She absolutely loves your classes and you as an instructor, and it's so good to hear her glowing with excitement and energy after your classes. Thank you!

Is always dirty .That's why you pay the cleaning staff to do nothing? You guys also close the basketball court at 10 pm. You guys do get our money tho ,we expect to have everything running smoothly and the basketball be open bc that's what we Pay for. You guys better do a better job. Otherwise your clients have a right to compensation if you close the basketball courts bc you can't do that out of the blue. Level up!!!

This is a painful review to actually write. However, I must be honest. The condition of this gym is deplorable and has declined steadily after a change in leadership. In the past 10 days I’ve visited this facility several times, every single of those times the gym has been filthy. But it’s a gym so what ever. The more frustrating thing is, and I can’t stress this enough, you cannot find weights to use. I used to be a general manager for 24 Hour Fitness. This team, leadership included, absolutely do not care about its members and it shows up in the condition of the facility.l spent the first 30 minutes of my work out looking for a single 22.5 dumbbell and a kettle bell on a Saturday evening not at peak times. DO NOT ENROLL HERE. I’d cancel if I could.

I was looking for a gym in the area. I walked in here and the young man at the front desk was not helpful. I asked him if I can see the steam room before signing up for anything. And I made him aware of the fact that I had a membership before, but it was not active. The reason why I wanted to see the the steam room specifically, was because I read some reviews about it having mold and not cleaned up properly. Which I didn’t disclose to him. They wanted me to enter my personal information on the computer, which I know takes time and they start with their daily phone calls if you don’t sign up on the first day you “fill out a form” I simply walked out.
