I’ve been coming to this gym for a few years now and it’s been a disappointment the whole time and seems to be declining. First and foremost the men’s bathroom is repulsive!! It smells disgusting, sinks always dirty, hair clippings everywhere, toilet paper all over the floor and soap dispensers usually empty. 2nd, the personal floor mats and rollers look like dogs used them as chew toys. The cable attachments for working out (handles/ ropes etc.) are usually under equipped while rope handles are usually frayed. The gym itself is usually a mess with weights scattered across the gym usually not in their proper place. Lastly (one of the most annoying) the gym decided to remove the cycling room and transform it into a personal training center. So they closed off a workout location/ cycling room. Then took weights from the main workout and put them in this locked up room for a personal training ($$) which sits empty 90% of the time. I genuinely like working out here but I get disgusted and frustrated nearly every time I come in. Hopefully the management here might visit the Brea location and see what a nice clean gym looks like.

From what I can tell, there is absolutely no reason to give this gym a low rating - Orange County peeps are famously difficult to please. Very clean and spacious with great equipment. Even without that tho, there's the rooftop basketball courts (I hope whoever thought of that got promoted for that idea alone) which must be spellbinding at night, and a open air pool with another gorgeous view. This review could have simply been "Views, bruh." The locker rooms are clean and with a great, simple layout (So many 24 Hours insist on separating the toilets and the hand washing sinks, WHY??). This is my new favorite Super Sport location, and whenever I find myself in the area I will make it a point to come here.

It’s a bummer that the parking here is completely awful! The facilities are nice but it’s impossible to park! Especially with those new apartments. This is the closest location to me but I refuse to go. And when I reluctantly do go, I can’t ever find a parking—on both sides!

This location is very convenient for us. It is relatively clean. I like that they have disinfectant spray bottles at hand. The sauna was jot working, other than that it's fully equipped.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the 24 Hour Fitness gym. As a first-time visitor accompanying my dad, who is a regular member, I was shocked by the behavior of one of the gym’s regulars. This individual was openly rude and disrespectful, making hurtful comments about my dad’s weight loss efforts in front of his "online" friends. He mocked my dad, saying he wouldn’t lose weight quickly enough, which was not only unkind but also deeply embarrassing for my dad. This encounter completely ruined our visit and has left my dad feeling humiliated and considering canceling his membership. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of support and respect among gym-goers. I hope the gym management takes action to foster a more positive and encouraging environment for all members.
