The parking lot at 24 Hour Fitness in Eastridge Mall is consistently a health hazard due to daily litter and trash. Despite raising concerns with both the 24 Hour Fitness manager and Eastridge Mall management, no visible improvements have been made. Unfortunately, the 24 Hour Fitness manager has shown unwillingness to address this ongoing issue.

I loooove this gym! So spacious and has a lot of good equipment for exercising. The only downside for me is the price, but honestly you get so much good stuff from it: sauna/steamroom, wifi, clean bathrooom, weights, etc so I guess the price just speak for itself for being worth it!

The average fitness center could be much better I think the problem is it’s too crowded most of the times which lead to dirty facilities unclean lockers and restrooms. Friend of mine wanna try this joint so he got 3 day free pass but they were pushing him hard to join right at the spot also the behavior at front desk was little awkward when he said he is there on guest pass. Good the girl gave him tour of the facility was nice and friendly

The worst first time experience I've ever had. Got the 3 day guest pass to try the gym out and when i went to the front counter, the front guy was ignoring me and staring at his phone. Thankfully there was another person, don't remember his name, but he was asian and wore a baseball cap and was nice! He is the only good part of my experience unfortunately! Got 2 random calls from some stranger (looked like a robocall by the way) and it turned out because i didn't pick up, the manager cancelled my guest pass... Of course his reasoning is "look at the fine print," (Which i did, and it showed numerous options to contact me, and he chose the least logical option to call only 2 times without a heads up?) The worst part is next, he then recommends me to buy gold membership?? Like wtf. How scummy can this business be? You forcefully cancel my trial and ask me to pay to use your services? Take your business elsewhere, theres numerous gyms in San Jose that are worth your time and sanity.

Possibly the worse 24 hour gym I've stepped foot in. I've been going here consistently for 2 years now and nothing has improved. Equipment is always out of order and it takes MONTH to get it fixed only for it to be out of order days later. The pads at EVERY SINGLE POWER RACK have a 3" deficit, vinyl padding on machines are so distressed, it's genuinely uncomfortable to perform a movement (e.g. leg extension), and the dumbells are strewn all over the gym, never organized or in pairs. Not once have I seen staff re-organize weights nor do gymgoers put things back where they belong or where they found them. One of the most frustrating gyms to work out in if you're a regular gym-goer/lifter.
