Today was my first ride here and it was incredible! From the moment I walked in Jackie at the front desk greeted me with the most beautiful smile and was so sweet! I had an issue with my spin shoes fitting in the bike and she helped me out. I took Albas class and it was so good! Great workout and the music was so good! Energy in the room was amazing! Will definitely be back!

It's great environment you definitely get a work out and all the instructors are amazing. All unique a variation of music u listen and various ways of working your entire body while spinning. You definitely see results if you are persistent. I 100% recommend.

I love my gym. Each instructor has their own style of teaching but you always get a good workout and feel accomplished/motivated afterwards. The front desk has done a great job throughout this pandemic with cleaning and making everyone feel safe. Book your class early. They will fill up!

This review is not a reflection on the GET SWEAT SQUAD. The team of instructors at this studio are some of the best I've had the pleasure to be taught by. This review is solely in reference to the management team. There is no clear policy on refunds and/or general use credit. There is no there information on refunds or general use credit featured on their policy page. There is no information on how general use credit can be used to make purchases within the studio. When I have asked the front desk staff (which varies depending on the time and day) in-person and via phone, I have been told on numerous occasions that general use credit can only be used to purchase branded merchandise and beverages (Celsius and Water). In fact, patrons are often encouraged to use their credit towards the limited selection of apparel available. Reimbursement is made on a case by case basis determined by management and is offered via studio credit. Due to their "All sales are final" policy, the team is not obligated to provide you with a refund or general use credit. Which means if you book the wrong location for a holiday ride event at $30, they don't have to return your $30 even if you repurchase the ride at the correct location and spend an additional $30. The patron is ultimately at a loss if the studio's management decides not to refund. Additionally, if you are charged an absence fee ($20) and have general use credit on your account that could cover such a punitive expense, your card on file will still be charged instead of your credit being applied to the absence fee. This discrepancy on general use credit is again also not featured on the policy page. I was told by management there is no way to use the general use credit to avoid further expense in such cases. The absence fee ($20) is applied whether you actually missed class or showed up after the 3 minute grace period. Fun fact depending on who is at the front desk you will either be allowed to attend your class AND not charged or be sent you away and charged. Once they grant you general use credit, they stop responding to further emails and if you continue to follow up management will provide you with screenshots and passive aggressive commentary that places blame on the patron not management for having no clear indications on credit use at the studio.
