Im loving it here at Admiral Prout Field! There are lots of outdoor activities and workout equipment. Exercising while soaking up the sun is one of the best feelings ever 💪🌞

It's a football sized field with a track around it. There are also soccer nets at each end. Turf is artificial, and needs to be replaced soon. There is outdoor gym equipment on the end towards the indoor gym.

Field is really nice compared ro other fields I've been too, they also have baseball fields in the back. The gym that's next to the field has a pool, which is considerably nice as well. They have a decent sized locker room, with showers and bathroom stalls. Upstairs has cardio equipment(row machine, stationary bike, etc) and downstairs area has more cardio equipment. They have weight rooms as well and an indoor basketball court. There is an outdoor portion behind the gym with more qyn equipment that is really nice to use.

Facility has a track, swimming pool, football field, soccer field, baseball field, outdoor workout area w/ equipment in artificial turf. Also, a basketball gym and 2 levels of workout equipment inside the building. Locker room,showers and toilets also available inside.
