First of all, the facility is beautiful. It's great to have this option for local families to enjoy. If you're looking to book a venue or rent one of their spaces however, forget about it. Extremely hard to get in contact with the venue coordinator, and once you do, the brochure/marketing materials is misleading because they aren't transparent about the fees. So basically, unless you're a corporation with $$$, you won't be able to book the venues. What's the point of having really nice but empty spaces that no one can use? I thought this space was to benefit the community?

Took my child to the new pool for open swim, we are not San Bruno residents. We were expecting to pay a fee for my child. They try to charge us the parents $8 each to sit on bleachers! So we decided not to go. I’m sure it’s a nice pool, I think the leaders of San Bruno really need to re-think this ! This will be remove if you reach out and fix this policy

Do not join this rec, they have tons of restrictions on the gym and events at odd times. They will charge you $50 to start, $50 to cancel. And you may end up going only once or twice to find out the gym is scheduled for an event. Worst gym experience and their customer service support is unorganized and unhelpful.

Staff is nice, they are still figuring out schedules but good facility. Residents and non-residents have entry fee (each visit) option or monthly/yearly at reasonable price. Both lap and recreation available. TBD on whether they can keep the pool/showers clean
