Cool gym, a little hidden as there is no clear sign on the entrance door. You sign up and can access the gym, which is great. There was no staff, so I would not recommend it for beginner lifters to go by themselves as you might be the only one in the gym. Equipment wise they have everything you might need. Deadlift stations, squat stations, machines, cardio areas, stretching and mobility area, etc. There is also a fridge with beverages. All in all great gym for experienced lifters.

Great place, very clean, plenty of combo racks for powerlifters. There's two areas for stretching and strongman workouts and a great selection of accessory equipment. Membership is competitively priced and the atmosphere is very friendly. The owner Mike is frequently there and is very nice.

Best strength gym in Sacramento. Quality equipment for powerlifting but also sufficient machines for accessory work. 24 hrs with easy phone access and never too busy. Great

Amazing facility! Gym culture is outstanding and has all the equipment you need. Highly recommend, especially if you’re just starting out! Very friendly members that are happy to give tips on form or other things.
