UFC GYM Rosemead

A real gym. None of this, no grunting, no dropping the weights, no gym bag on the floor nonsense. There is no judging here either. Just people lifting heavy things.

Egos and mental illness run strong here. Seems that 85% of the members think just bc they have a membership here that they're instant UFC fighters. Super f'n annoying! But it's a good gym regardless. They just added tens of thousands of dollars worth of top of the line equipment so our playground just got better.

I love this gym but the reason for the 4 stars is because they close at 8 on the weekends. Prior to covid they were 24/7

I love going to other UFC Gyms when visiting other areas for bjj competitions, and I’ve been a member at UFC Gym Oxnard for 3 years. However this is BY FAR, the dirtiest gym I’ve been to, let alone UFC. Floors need to be heavily pressure cleaned, I don’t think it’s ever been washed, especially the sauna floor, which is caked with sweat and dirt. The bathroom is nasty with clogged toilets and tissue paper everywhere. I’d give zero stars for cleanliness but 4 since it’s a UFC gym and I love these. That averages to 2 stars.

Everything is great except for two things 1.the guy at the front desk is a total idiot didn't know anything couldn't answer any questions never stopped to try and help me out kept doing what he was doing curly hair and glasses guy should definitely not be there and 2. The music is way to loud didn't help the idiot trying to help me
