If you want to get stronger and get a better condition and also feel welcome and encouraged, Kindle Fitness is the perfect place. Here, coaches and athletes have made me feel like family. Coaches are knowledgeable and give you options and recommendations based on fitness level and experience.

Great mix of cardio and weight workouts. At 66 years of age, this is a great place to workout. After heel surgery it was hard to just walk, now 2 1/2 years later, I run 5k's and lift weights. It's amazing how fit you can be if you show up 4 times a week. All movements can be modify to meet you at your current fitness level and move forward. Coaches are great at explaining the exercise and always making sure your form is right. Gym members are super fun and friendly. Five Stars for Kindle Fitness.

I struggled to go to the gym before. I need someone to tell me what to do and how to do it. So I thought about Crossfit. I signed up for 3 free classes and found pleasure in exercising at Kindle. Ngl, it was not easy in the beginning. I found Kindle to be a great way to combine health with socializing. I made new friends there and felt the love for the kindle fam. Everyone is encouraging and supportive. The workouts can be adapted to my level of fitness. Highly recommend if you are looking for a way to “gym” but can find your motivation to go on your own.

Been here for about 10 months now and they have a great coaching staff and community. They have clients at every fitness level and cater to your goals. The staff is very down to earth and wont put your health at risk. The programming is on point and have been getting lots of gold star PRs. Great to see a place fostering a great community with hikes outside the gym and even bbqs!

This gym has the BEST vibe of any gym I’ve been to. People are happy, they see progress and every single one of the coaches takes a personal interest in your progress - weight, endurance, speed, power, form, flexibility… literally in all areas. If you ask, they’ll talk to you about nutrition or what you could be doing different. The owner really wants people to be happy there but pushes you enough to see progress. 🙌🏽 The best part is that it feels like you’re working out with your friends. If you aren’t there, people ask about you! How awesome is that? Just start showing up!
