⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't say enough good things about The Beast Training Center and my trainer, Cathybeth! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated. The facility is top-notch, with a variety of equipment and a positive atmosphere. Cathybeth is an incredible trainer—her knowledge and passion for fitness are evident in every session. She tailors workouts to fit my goals and pushes me to exceed my limits while ensuring I maintain proper form to prevent injuries. Her encouragement and support have made a significant difference in my fitness journey. I've seen amazing results since starting my training here, both physically and mentally. The group classes are also fantastic, creating a sense of community among members. If you're looking for a place to elevate your fitness game, I highly recommend The Beast Training Center and Cathybeth!

So grateful for this new gym that Riverside needed so bad! I’m two weeks in after not working out for a couple years and already feeling so strong and motivated. Seriously so thankful to have the best trainer who pushes me and I can’t wait to see what this body is capable of. Thank you The Beast Training Center for such a comfortable and encouraging environment!! Let’s go!!
