I am extremely upset with this place, it's staff and it's service. I purchased a 3 session laser tattoo removal package for a tattoo measuring 4mm. I have had 3 previous sessions for the same tattoo (at a different facility) and it was about half way gone. On my first session with Revitalize, I noticed no difference at all in my tattoo, I expressed this concern when I went for my second session. The tech, just brushed me off and continued. After 2 sessions in this place, my tattoo is EXACTLY the same. I have been calling them to see what settings they're using because I cannot understand how after 2 sessions, my tattoo is exactly the same, when after 3 sessions @ the other facility removed half of it. Every time I call, the tech isn't available, they don't have my information and/or try to sell me a bs story. It has been 3 weeks now and no one has my information and I have yet to speak to the tech.

This place has the best yoga classes and awesome yoga instructors. If you want a really hard workout, do the hot yoga with Carrie during the week.
