Nice gym but it has one of the most disgusting locker rooms I have ever seen. Recommend adding cleaning and taking the trash out to every staff member billet description so you’re not waiting for that one person to come do it. The place is far below the quality of other 24 Hour Fitness gyms.

Your associate, Marisa, either needs to undergo a pip for emotional intelligence training or be dismissed for poor customer relationship management. Her antagonistic approach to customer service is beyond appalling. Does she even understand the meaning of empathy? It's a competitive advantage, not a liability.

Absolutely filthy! One star for affordability, one star for location/hours, and negative three stars for how disgusting it is. These pictures are from a Tuesday afternoon.... not even a busy time. It was actually worse when I arrived, but someone did come through and do a quick sweep. These pictures are AFTER the quick sweep, and the vent is directly above the shower stalls. The first time I came, the hot tub wasn't working. The second time I came, the health inspector came (while I was actually in the hot tub) and said that both the hot tub and the pool were over chlorinated. The third time I came, the hot tub wasn't working again, and there was no sign, and no update in the app. I checked both, before I showered and changed, but only found out after the fact that it was shut down. And as you can see, every single bathroom stall was devoid of toilet seat covers. My advice: Come for the deal, but don't touch anything!! Call ahead to make sure the amenities are in working order (I definitely will from now on)

Sauna has not been working for a week. Maintenance or front doesn’t know what’s going on. Four stair masters have been not working for weeks now. Where is management? They should be doing a test on each machine to get a work order in. I’ll reach out to corporate to check what the policy is

It's a decent gym that's actually open 24 hours. 6 squat racks which is nice but some of them are facing each other so not that desirable. Late night 9pm+ hours seem to be really chill. There's always that group of guys that huddle around filled with testosterone so it can get a bit awkward when they start going shirtless lol.... I actually don't know how busy this gym gets during the day but these late night hours seem to be really nice and empty most of the time.
