I love Orange Theory! It's never the same workout twice, it can be as competitive (or not) as you like, you can see your real-time stats as you work out and there is variety in each class so you don't burn-out on any 1 exercise or piece of equipment if it's not your favorite. The instructors are awesome (positive, supportive and always helpful). If there is a day where you're not feeling your strongest or most motivated, it usually changes as soon as you arrive but, if not, there is enough flexibility in the routine that you can pull back a bit while still getting a workout and not feel shamed and the coaches always help with modifications if you have an injury you're recovering from. 100% - best "gym" I've ever been a member of!!

Orange Theory (Morgan Hill, CA), has helped me go from zero exercise to now a regular at the gym. My coach Jou has been instrumental in making me enjoy exercise, pushing myself to do more during every class. I have gone from a rusty, couch potato to running 5ks and losing 15-plus pounds, thanks to Orange Theory!

The coaches are amazing!! The 3-star review is because the current weekend schedule. Saturday's schedule has only 3-classes and none of them is 3G. The classes are always full and the waiting list starts on Fridays. Additionally there are coaches taking spots in these classes, which makes members on waiting list left out. Recommendation: 1) keep the same schedule but make Saturday's classes - 3G 2) if there's a waiting list then coaches should give their spot to members on the waiting list so members will be able to attend that class -:)

The workouts are great. The gym is great to make as many classes to offer a great selection to take class at a schedule that works for everyone. The staff is amazing and caring. They coaches to the staff cares about the clients. It’s a fun environment to get healthy and strong.

Wonderful coaches. Clean facility. Welcoming staff. Tremendous variety of workouts. I've been going for over a year and every workout is always unique. Also, the proximity to the parking garage helps me feel safe parking and walking to the studio alone in the very early morning.
