Wonderful gym space. Dropped in for a week while visiting family and felt welcomed right in. Everyone was kind and friendly. Workouts were challenging and so much fun to do. Enjoyed the space and cannot wait to come back when I visit again!

Honestly, this gym is amazing. So far we have worked with many coaches: Lee, Kim, Katrina, Ray, Danny, Jeff They are all amazing. They are all very attentive to detail and motivating. They are very encouraging, and fun to work with. I recommend this gym even if you are totally out of shape. Just go! It’s so fun and awesome. Lee is an awesome owner. You can really see he cares about his clients. He has great communication, and when training is very clear in demonstrations. The community here is so motivating and inspiring. I love not only the gym, but the people as well.

I started my journey with health and fitness at Brethren Crossfit and I will never look back. It is a welcoming, friendly, strong, clean, and focused CrossFit gym. Lee had built a culture of fun and commitment to each individual. Safe, effective and diverse programming with amazing coaches, with Lee standing tall among any I have every met. I have also done PT sessions with Lee and he is amazing.

Lee has been working with me to help with an old back injury. I tried to work out on my own and ended up making things worse. I am so happy with my progress. He showed my stretches and exercises I wouldn't have thought of, and didn't think I could do. It has been a great experience so far and I've only been working with him for a couple months. I feel better, sleep better and added bonus been loosing weight. Thanks Lee!

Great and friendly coaches, well maintained equipments. Flexible class schedules. You learn things on the fly as you do the WOD and the strength training. Most people in the class have been around for a while and know what they are doing. Everyone is super helpful in explaining the technique. However sometimes it's would be a lot easier if they had specific class where they teach techniques ONLY. Over the last year, I have learnt from fellow cross fitters, asked coaches but it would be have been nice to dedicated a class to learning snatches, learning kipping pull ups, learning cleans rather than doing it in the WOD. Lee for example taught and pushed me to climb the rope and now its a lot easier for me.
