Lost my water bottle at the restroom recently; however after 2 days the front desk called me and say they found it! And it is mine! Never thought I could have it back, so thank you!

The restrooms are never stocked or clean, I've gone early when they open and there's always paper on the floor, toilet seats are dirty and there's never any toilet seat liners, soap or paper towels. They should have the restrooms cleaned and ready for the next day. They should have staff constantly cleaning and stocking them. I've brought this up to the gym manager Sonia and other staff numerous times but it doesn't seem to be a cause for concern. Weights are always left on the floor scattered. They need to replace and fix/service many machines and things in the women's restroom. I've already informed staff and manager about having restrooms clean and stocked before they close so they don't have this issue but they don't seem to be getting the point across the cleaning staff. I've also mentioned a few machines need attention especially the treadmills. Half of them don't work and the other half aren't fully functional. Super disappointing and annoying tbh, my husband and I are ready to go to a different gym.

This gym is so dirty. The bathrooms - especially the showers - are disgusting. Wipes and towels are always empty. Machines are always occupied and never cleaned. Probably one of the worst gyms I’ve seen.

Been coming here for a couple of months now since it’s the closest one to me. And it’s more common that this gym ~runs out~ of wipes to clean the mats and the machines. I’ve skipped stretching on the mat and just hoped for the best on the machines. I started an album of how many times I’ve seen an empty wipe dispenser.

By far the most disgusting gym I've ever stepped foot in. It smells all the time, literally all the time, like dirty socks and underwear. It's inescapable. Machines are broken and weights are always thrown all over the floor. Management clearly doesn't care because where else will you go? LA fitness has a monopoly In this area so they have no incentive to improve. God awful facility.
