Terrible job at transitioning to get fit as you failed to provide proper information on accessing account information right to those already subscribed.

I recently returned to Valley Fitness in Los Banos after six months postpartum, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! The facility has undergone some fantastic renovations, including a completely redone room filled with brand new equipment, especially tailored for leg workouts. It’s clear that they’ve invested in creating an environment that caters to all fitness needs. The ambiance is wonderful; I love the new gray walls, which give the place a modern and fresh feel. It feels like a completely different gym since my last visit! The atmosphere is motivating and uplifting, making every workout enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Valley Fitness to anyone looking for a great place to get fit. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this gym has something for everyone. I'm excited to keep coming back and see the progress I can make.

I visit this gym every time I am in town, and it is the best option in Los Banos. I wish it was better organized like my home gym, but they do have a lot of machines that other gyms don't have. If I lived here, this would be my home gym.

One of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever had to deal with i cancelled a year ago and they still charge me after countless times of calling hr and showing up in person. Seems like their too busy doing social media videos rather then helping the few customers they have left. I asked for the owners number multiple times and they dance around the topic. Steer clear and go to planet fitness

Started with valley fitness a while back and they were doing great. However, as time as gone by, the price has increased without notice. It started at $29 a month to now $34 a month. Got no notification that there was a price increase. Equipment was either breaking down or questionable. One of the toilets were constantly out of order. What's worse is that I had auto renew off, and they still charged me. Keep in mind that this was today. I'm planning on canceling my membership, but the fact that they charge you a cancelation fee to your membership is insane. If you are looking for a gym to go to, I would not recommend this place.
