I had never done yoga before and let me tell you, this is such a welcoming community. I love all the instructors I have had so far. Each class is a little bit different and challenges you in different ways. I am so happy I found this place and that I finally had the courage to give yoga a try. I hope to continue at this studio for many more years to come 😁

I go here because I live in the area and my favorite teacher teaches here. I was honestly avoiding the place just because a few years ago I came to read the reviews and the owners immature responses really put me off. After visiting, I feel I must share everytime I take a class here I notice the cleanliness could be better. The past 3 times I've taken a hot yoga class in the front room there has been clumps of hair and dust (like dust bunnies) at the front of the room , which is kinda distracting(and gross) and makes me wonder what else hasn't been cleaned. In my experience most hot yoga studios floors get wiped after every class. But I've never seen that happen in that room before. 🤷♀️ Edit: After I left this review at the next class I came to, the owner(I'm assuming since he never introduced himself) made a point to rush over as I checked myself in to ask who I was (again without introducing himself) and then look me up in the computer then said "you know we have a comment box for that" pretty rudely I had no idea what he was talking about about since it was right before class and I was getting into my head space. I then said "okay cool could I please rent a mat?" He then put the employee who was working the desk in front of me and said "you help her" then walked away in a huff.... Needless to say I spent my whole class wondering what he was talking about about/ thinking about how he went out of his way to say this to me. Made me feel a little unsafe and very uncomfortable honesty. I also left a comment in the comment box the first day I saw the dust bunnies and I never saw anything happen after that, I know he reads these comments. This just confirms what I thought about his immature responses in the comments.

5s ACROSS THE BOARD. I walked in from a stressful day of work and walked out a baby fresh outta the placenta. The class I took was absolutely wonderful. I was sweating buckets and was breathing with my full body so good that nothing else mattered. Probably one of the most challenging hot yoga classes I’ve taken👍. By the end of it I was so beat (in a good way) that if they asked me to join a cult I would.. something about that headspace. Will be back for the cold plunge to absolutely thrill my nerves

I love every class here but Stella is my favorite teacher🧘🏻♀️ Her classes are about paying attention to every element of asana and body/mind awareness in poses. She is wholesome, kind and has a great sense of humor, that brings me joy. This place overall is so peaceful and wonderful 🙏🏽
