Finding LEKFIT has been such a game changer in my life. For so long I was lacking consistency and motivation to workout. lauren is such a badass innovator and never is short of delivering 100% of her effort. LEKFIT brand embraces personal responsibility! No excuses and we must show up for ourselves. Everything is intentionally curated to ensure us virtual attendees almost feel like we are there. I hope everyone who supports Lauren knows that we notice!!!

I have been attending LEKFIT classes digitally for several years now. When I first started streaming, the LEKFIT team was creating dynamic, thoughtful workouts from a garage that was retrofitted to a studio. Now that LEKFIT is filmed in their beautiful new studio, the video quality is amazing. The music is always fire and you can tell that Lauren and her team always have a plan. Every move is thought out and in line with the muscle groups that are in focus each week. I feel like I really am getting a great value for the money. This work out never gets old. One day I would love to visit the beautiful LEKFIT studio in person and get the real world experience.

This review is purely rating my online interaction I've had with LEKFIT. So, it all started when I got excited about the free 30-day promo. Ordered ALL the equipment bc I enjoy rebounder workouts at some gyms. So while waiting for my rebounder to be delivered, the 30-day promo expired (kinda lame bc they wouldn't even honor that) so had to sign up for the regular monthly subscription streaming workouts. Welp, never received the rebounder. Even contacted UPS and they couldn't do anything bc photo showed proof of delivery so I told LEKFIT that it most likely was a stolen package and their response was: sorry to hear, here's 20% off your next one. Um, seriously? I am not blowing another $400 for another rebounder so contacted my credit card company to contest charges since they refused to send a replacement. Finally after my credit card company did a chargeback, LEKFIT then offers to send me a replacement IF I paid $50 shipping fee. The following week they send another email, we want to make this right and send you one free. Great but too late. At this time, I had to purchase a used one since I'm almost three weeks into the streaming. It's a shame because I was enjoying the workouts with Lexi but their customer service leaves much to be desired.

Stumbled upon this place as I was walking by, and decided to do some research. Haven't tried working out with a reformer, so I thought I would give the class a try. The nice surprise was the buy one get one free purchase - so two classes to see what's the LEKFit method. The first class was a bit intimidating, as it was one-on-one (but it's nice to know that the class goes on with one participant). For the most part, the reformer wasn't as challenging as I thought it would be, and I found the class to be fun! Though I wasn't feeling anything right after the class, I was definitely feeling aches the next day! Following day, there were three participants in class, which made the class more fun. Some of the moves confused me at first, but I got the hang of it; I just need to get into the groove of things, if anything. I am not sure if the warm room intensifies the workout, but it definitely gets you sweating, as my clothes were sticking onto me. The ambiance of the workout room feels like a nightclub, with hues of pink and purple setting the mood, which contrasts the airy atmosphere of the reception. I believe that this workout is mainly aimed at women, as I noticed that the men's change room was used as storage space? When I was in the change room, there were two women who walked in to retrieve their equipment (only one women apologized for coming in, while the other one just looked me down and went to the lockers). Not sure if there is a 'uniform' for LEKFit, but I noticed that everyone wears black - the only pop of colour is in their shoes... Looks like I didn't get the memo. Even the majority of the merchandise is black, other than the skincare and the snacks. If you are thinking of going to LEKFit, I would say not to be intimidated by the appearance, as it is a fun workout to try. The reception is lovely, and the instructor has great energy. Toni, Monique, and Bailey are all a fantastic of this team, who made the experience an enjoyable one. Hope to try another class next time I visit La Brea.

I've been doing LEKfit since long before they had a brick and mortar location, and it's the only workout style/service I've managed to stick with and love. Lauren Kleban is a qualified, knowledgeable, and encouraging instructor, and the range of classes and content per week is par excellence. The community is supportive, the instructors are great, and the equipment is optional. No matter what you're looking to get out of a workout, you can find it with LEKfit. It melds dance, cardio, Pilates, HIIT, and yoga in the best way possible. You will see results, physically and mentally. The endorphins are real! I can't say enough nice things. Try it for yourself!
