I take Dawn‘s class every Mon, Wed, and Fri. She’s wonderful and kind. Most importantly wonderful effective instructor. I would say she is the best Pilates instructor in town. I took Pilates class close to two years and I have 500 classes so far, as a man, which is not common. Thank you for this great exercise class available for me and our community. Thank you.

Mixed experience here. First, it’s very, very challenging to get classes. Even if you have the unlimited membership, and you can book a month in advance, most classes in the morning will have at least six people on the waitlist and there are only 12 openings. If you try to book last minute, forget it. They kept telling me it was going to get better, but it never did. They have way too many members. If you can get into the class, the classes are typically great. The other thing is if you do not arrive within five minutes after the class starts, they don’t let you in. And they are super strict. I showed up at six minutes and they turned me away. I understand, but at the same time there are a couple women who routinely will leave classes early, like 20 minutes early. And they don’t do anything about it. So what’s the difference between arriving six minutes late or leaving a class significantly before the end? If it’s your spot, then you should be able to keep it as long as you aren’t a no-show. Or, they should loosen up the late arrival policy and/or penalize routine early departures. Regarding the classes, for the most part, they are great. There are definitely some instructors that are better than others, as is the case anywhere. I would say my only concern is that it seems like the instructor plans the routine and it’s not a professionally designed daily plan from corporate that’s the same for everyone. This just makes it a very varied experience. Some instructors are so basic while others are more advanced, even in the same level class. I really like Orangetheory where if you go on a particular day, everyone has the same experience and does the same routine. This is not the case at Club Pilates. On the same day, your class will be much different (even in the same level), depending on who is teaching it. There are so many Pilates studios around, I’m just not sure if this is truly the best option.

Coleen is energetic and provides excellent instructions. She also gives clues if you want to make the movements more challenging. Coleen sets an fast pace and smoothly moves into the exercise. She is one of your best instructors!

Fabulous. The instructors know what they are doing. They keep the music low so I can hear them, they don’t yell, and the studios are always clean. They offer a variety of classes which keeps things fresh. When I leave, I feel like I’ve had a great workout. I have been doing 4-6 classes each week for almost a year and I can’t imagine a life without Pilates. . I LOVE it! I look and feel better. The results are amazing. I’m 56 and am grateful I found Club Pilates.
