Chuze Fitness

I love chuze how ever I got one complaint. I use the locker room to change and the mirrors are plenty. I have had to ask 5 ladies to stop taking photos so I can change without ending up in their photos … naked. There is no sign requesting no photos be taken. I love a good selfie so I’m not hating. If they moved the mirror to the entrance the girls could take their photos and the people changing would have no issues. This is the response to the owner. I have brought it up multiple times to the facility. I did a public comment hoping to make some change. There are no signs saying “no photos”. They have them at the San Bernardino location but not the La Verne location. Photos of the “signs” that are there.

Starting going Feb1st... Go early in the mornings, everyday since start of the month with my father. Very clean facility, spacious, even when busy doesn't seem too busy. Kept clean, have wipes all throughout the gym. The STAFF is awesome, friendliest group I've seen at a gym, my other gym which is literally down the street, I stopped going to doesn't compare. Love ending weightlifting session in the cinema room. Don't have many complaints. I'd love to see paper towels throughout the gym but everything is pretty nice. Would recommend this location to anyone.

This review is for the La Verne outlet of Chuze Fitness. This location is quite roomy even when the parking lot is filled with members. There are several sections in the facility such as movie theater, yoga studio, team fitness, spinning room, outdoor workout area sauna and steam rooms. This location does not have the massage rooms. So you will be able find a section where there is enough room even when it is packed with members. Another plus is that they provide antiseptic wipes to clean after yourself and wipe after those who did not. Parking is a bit tight during peak times since it shares the lot with Aldi Supermarket.

First off, I'd like to compliment the front desk especially Audrey, Angie and Savannah for always being so kind, professional and welcoming. I have been to and worked at other gyms where the front desk is not at all engaging. The staff here make a difference. Jessica the manager (for group fitness) has always been approachable and friendly as well. I have seen this gym get new yoga mats, stay clean and have different classes and events often. There is always something new here. As far as instructors, Dale has been very inspiring (and funny). His classes are a great workout, and I love his sense of humor. The other instructors are also great such as Anna, Trevor, Mark and etc. I agree that I wish the parking was a little better, but that's not necessarily the gym's fault, nor is it an easy fix either. The guests here are also nice and I love the smoothies and recovery room. I have also used the tanning as well. I have so many gym selfies in my photo album because I always leave feeling good! 10/10

Love this gym after I switched from LA Fitness. The staff is amazing. Only a few complaints. I wish there were more machines and I've mentioned that the men's ADA shower rod has been dangling for months. The holder was broken at least 4 months go and still has not been fixed. Probably a good idea to take care of this for those with disabilities.
