Me and our grandson attended a Sunday morning class here. It was great and we would return. I was visiting from Arizona. Shannon puts her heart into her teaching and it was an excellent practice! ❤️

This is the BEST yoga studio I’ve been to! It truly is come as you are and every time I’m there I progress In my Yoga practice! Love being in this studio! I’ve never felt judged or unwelcome.

The owner is friendly and welcoming, whatever your experience level or ability. You don't need to know anything about yoga to have a great time, and you end up feeling better than when you walked in.
