Pronto Installation is the best fitness equipment installation company in CA. The employees are extremely hard workers, professional, and are very well versed in assembling commercial fitness equipment. Even Life Fitness trusts them to do installations for Planet Fitness and Fitness 19 gyms. Highly recommend them.

Extremely rude business. I deliver freight here and every time they are rude and unprofessional. They expect delivery drivers to use their loading dock , but it is low quality to the point where it risks damaging your truck. This business needs to invest in a new loading dock and better warehouse employees. Response to the owner: Maybe if you learned how to talk to the people you do business with, you’d be able to afford a real loading dock. Bums

Unreliable and rude, in short. I was referred to Pronto to have a machine relocated. They had a habit of not calling back, even when they said they'd call back in a few minutes or the next day. I ALWAYS had to be the one to initiate contact. The delivery truck never showed up on our scheduled day and time, and they didn't bother to call us to say they didn't have a driver. The employee on the phone kept telling me our window was until 10 a.m., but it was well after then. Plus, if they didn't have a driver, then why would the time matter? They offered no apology until I pointed out that this was THEIR error (not ours). The woman I'd been trying to work with was uncooperative and rude when I was trying reschedule. No discount was offered for us having to take off work to be there - she just kept telling me that they had the lowest prices around. I reached out to a different company, and they ended up being cheaper, punctual, and more professional.

We had a machine install at our home, and these guys could not do enough to help. They were smart, courteous, and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I could not recommend this company enough.

installed the machine completely wrong!! I was never able to usei because your crew installed completely wrong!!! Won't even get any response back to fix the problem!!
