Love this little fitness house! It’s awesome I can come on my lunch hour and have a serious half hour spin class. Everyone is so kind and beautiful.

Really disappointed in a lot of aspects of this place unfortunately. The classes themselves were fun and challenging enough, but my overall experience will keep me away. I was yelled at for adjusting my medical device in class. Thank God I’m confident and secure in my disability, otherwise being called out like that unnecessarily could have really sent someone to a bad place. I usually try to talk to a new instructor before class starts to inform them of my medical stuff, but I couldn’t get the attention of the instructors to save my life. In all other studios I’ve been to, they really talk to you to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable on the bike, etc. Not here. I have zero respect for teachers who aren’t on the bike at least 75% of the time. If you can’t do what you’re telling others to, it’s a bad look in my opinion. Every staff member I ran into was the exact opposite of welcoming. After both of the classes I took, I tried to chat with the instructors after. I’ve been cycling for 5 years and have been asked to teach. I always love to get to chat with other instructors, but the instructors here were beyond rude to me. I was sticking around to talk to one, when she finally turned around and snapped “thanks for coming” and went back to chatting with friends. Definitely not welcoming. I won’t be back. If you aren’t experienced in cycling, you’ll feel like trash coming here.

I am not typically a fan of public workouts so I was hesitant to join my friends, but I figured I would try it out since the first ride is FREE. I am so glad I did! The playlists are great and I appreciate the motivation and positive energy. Feels like a daytime rave, and the darkness/neon lights are just a bonus. All of the instructors are wonderful at pushing you in the best way, but I admit we have a particularly soft spot in our hearts for Charmaine. Try it out! P.s. the chilled Eucalyptus towels they give at the end of class are life-changing.

I can’t recommend this place enough: the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility itself has all the fixings and is very clean. The studio has a killer atmosphere with coaches that bring out your best! If you need a recommendation for a coach, you have to ride with Andrew. His energy fills up the room and he takes you on a dynamic journey of joy, work, and sweat. I’ll be back!
