TG The Gym Chula Vista

This 5 stars go straight to ADRIAN at the front desk. When I enrolled the first time non of the team members bother to show me around or even tell me that the gym has special access if you upgrade. I also have another friend working out there for 6 months and never knew about the WELLNESS OPT. Finally, almost two months working out there I noticed that they had other areas to use. Adrian the showed me everything and explained me all about the membership costs and rules. I did ended up making the upgrade but I wish someone had told me about when visited the gym for the first time. Thank you

I am now on month 5 of this gym refusing to cancel my membership. I have sent numerous emails, made multiple attempts of calling over the phone. Your employees either lie telling me it’s completed or lie again stating I must cancel in person. I do not live local and regardless this is not true. I have now had $250 basically stolen from me because you refuse to help me. I’m sure you’re doing the same to many others. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Good gym, horrible service.

Great gym, been going for almost two years. Always upgrading/adding new machines and equipment. They are adding a sauna with infrared soon, have a cafe with special protein shakes, meal preps, coffees,.. customer service a 10 out of 10, clean and maintained facilities, could use a filtered water bottle filling station. I know almost every trainer, and worker, great people, safe environment for self development. 29$ per month for basic package but so worth the investment. They are always doing something new there, and even have a welllness center next door for blood work and even Botox/ cosmetic work… INNOVATIVE+5 star service. Staff always around to give guidance and provide support. Also, lgbt friendly

The Gym has a decent selection of equipment and the other customers that work out there are generally courteous and friendly. I had to give low stars though for the following reasons: 1) it's overcrowded in there. I've never been able to hit all of my planned lifts within the time that I have available to lift. This isn't the fault of the Gym but number 2 is. 2) getting any response back from the owner has been an act in futility. They yet to return emails or phone calls. They seem to want to lock people into a long term contract and not discuss the issues and come to a workable arrangement. The other reviews that talk about cussing are true. If you're like me and like working out with your kids, you're going to want to skip this place. I'm a military veteran, former football player, etc. and the music they play makes me blush. It's pretty vulgar.

I canceled my membership with no dues late fees or anything and now I have a $275 collection!!!! They should let you know.. and been calling and no answer !! They are stealing your money if you cancel.
