Such a magical and welcoming and productive and high vibration space. Very impressed with the affordable pricing and all the perks that it comes with. If you’ve never tried a public yoga class this is a great place to start and If you’re an experienced yogi then you’ll leave impressed and refreshed. The light therapy is an unreal experience. Check out the sound baths and light shows they’re worth it.

I wish you could give me 10 stars because I'd give 100. Embody Wellness is an incredible UNIQUE community. It is a place for true healing and growth no matter where you are on your journey. There is a variety of classes that focus not just on fitness, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, but truly on overall wellness. Classes range from Slow Vinyasa, Pilates, and Kettlebells, to Dub Base Hot flow, restorative classes, and breadth work. There is something for everyone here. All of the staff are devoted to each of their unique practices that in turn generate a contagious, vibrating, positive energy starting on your mat and extending beyond into your day, week, and well-being. The owners Scott and his Wife Sandra are two of the most genuine kind-hearted down to earth people you will meet. There is nothing more refreshing than meeting owners who LOVE what they do, and are real. By careful design, they created a place to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Every inch of Embody Wellness was orchestrated. It is a gift that keeps on giving. There is not enough room or adjectives in my review to convey the magic-ness and beauty that this community offers, it's inspiring Do yourself a favor and take a class and you will see. God bless

This is a great studio! I signed up for the $44 unlimited for new students bc it was such a great way to try different teachers. I am so glad I did! I've practiced yoga for over 30 years and taught for many years. This is such a great community of people and i'm glad i found the studio!

I Love YogaBody Studios. They have great instructors and variety of classes. Everyone is really nice. I go to yoga classes almost everyday. Just try them you will keep going back for sure it helps with your body after the gym, after work... and also you find peace in your practice. Is awesome 👌 👏 ❤️

Being back to yoga after two kids, over 6+ yrs, Yogabody had great staff and instructors that help me ease back into yoga. Facility is nice & clean. Various classes offered with great intro offer for new students! Recommend this yoga studio :)
